Questions for Window Covering Cleanings

1) How long does it take? We apply protective plastic coverings behind and all around the window area where cleaning is done. On typical cleaning projects, we are in and out of your home in just a few hours or in a reasonable time period, leaving your home just as we found it. We are meticulous about our work, and if it takes longer to work out those stubborn stains, we do whatever it takes. 2) How much does it cost? Most products are priced by the foot, square foot, vane or panel. Because we strive for "much like new" end result we spend the time giving the customer the best value we can maintaining those expensive blinds.

3) Are the chemicals used safe?
All Chemicals are tested and are very safe around children and pets. Most of our products are either disposed of safely, recycled, and are bio-degradable.

4) What if something is damaged?
We are licenced, insured and certified. We are required to be recertified (every 2 years) so we are up to date on how to clean all new products and fabrics. We have been cleaning blinds for 5 years and have never damaged a blind nor drapery fabric.

5) What gets wet cleaned vs. dry cleaned?
Water and heat are used on all washable fabrics and most HUNTER DOUGLAS® blinds that are not room darkening. All specialty fabrics are dry cleaned right on the windows so there are NO COSTLY re-installation fees to rehang your draperies.

Questions for Table pads & Table cloths

1) How long does it take to get my custom made table pads? Usually it takes 2-3 weeks depending if there is a templet involved. We can speed that up to sooner with a slight upcharge for a rush. 2) Are my pads easy to store? The pads are made in foldable lightweight pieces that can stand without warping for the lifetime of the pads .Custom storage bags are also available at a minimal charge.

3) Can I order my pads over the phone?
We like to come to your home and do the measuring ourselves, however,
Yes if it is a simple standard shaped corner, and you are good with a tape measure, we can certainly walk you through the process with ease. If necessary, we will send a “template” with simple instructions on how to pencil in the shape, usually with fancy shapes and corners.

4) Do table pads come in colors?
Table pads come in many different colors and wood like finishes. The felt bottoms also come in many different colors. (Please be sure to click on the “COLOR CHART” on the next page to choose the exact color you wish.

5) Can I make pads for coffee tables & buffets?
Absolutely! Table Pads can be made for just about any configuration. (Dining table, buffet, coffee tables, night stands or dressers). There is nothing more satisfying than keeping your valuable furniture protected and safe.
